Gladys Nsowaa is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager of Prime Initiatives. She is responsible for designing Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks for all projects being implemented by the organization. She conducts and organizes training sessions for all project officers on the indicators of our projects. She leads in the collection of performance monitoring data on our projects. She also engages community members and stakeholders for participatory monitoring of projects. She has expertise in in both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. She is experienced in the use of data analysis softwares such as SPSS, STATA, Nvivo, Microsoft Excel etc. She has served as the MEL officer on several projects.  She holds BSc. In Health Informatics and a Certificate in Data Management.
