We empower women to participate in decision making processes at all levels, have power to decide on issues of health, employment and education. We promote the rights of women as enshrined in national constitution and international laws. We promote the economic empowerment of women through education, skills training and entrepreneurship.  We believe that the foundation of women empowerment is financial independence. 

Access to Sexual and Reproductive Health Services and Rights (SRHR)

We educate young girls on menstrual hygiene, provide sanitary pads. We advocate for parents and guardians to provide the emotional and material support to young girls during menstruation. We also provide education on Family Planning, Antenatal care, skilled delivery, nutrition education, child health and postnatal care services.

Vocational skills training and Entrepreneurship

We train women in vocational and entrepreneurial skills including ICT. We support women to set up their own income-generating businesses We train and build the capacities of women in agroprocessing
